Upper Perk Valley Data Center Opposition is entering a critical moment in our effort to secure legal representation to oppose the data center development. Tomorrow 7/28/26, we will hold our second phone conference with the attorney, and at this time we expect to move forward and hire him. The required retainer is $10,000.
Thanks to your generosity, we have already raised $7,659. We now need to raise the remaining $2,341 by the end of this week to secure the attorney and begin formal action. Your support directly protects our property values, our environment, and the quality of life in the
